• Geoff has extensive operational and M&A experience in the cannabis sector having worked at Mettrum (acquired by Canopy Growth Corp. for $430MM) and Aurora Cannabis. At Mettrum, Geoff was responsible for initiating a variety of revenue enhancing and cost reducing projects across sales, marketing and operational business units.

• Notable projects included implementing a customer retention strategy and acquiring two health clinics (~$10MM). He worked very closely with the executive management team and gained a deep understanding on the strategies employed and challenges faced by early-stage cannabis companies.

• At Aurora, Geoff was part of the M&A team and worked on over $250MM of transactions, including Aurora’s acquisition of Whistler Medical for $175MM. Geoff also supported Well Told (TSXV: WLCO) on its go-public transaction, tightening operational and financial processes, assisting with the listing statement and valuation materials, and completing the year-end audit.
